Button Inspection
Press each operation button (such as "Up", "Down", "Emergency Stop", "Pause", etc.) on the remote controller for stage electric hoists one by one, and feel whether there is a smooth feedback during the pressing process, with no obvious jamming, weak pressing force, or failure to rebound after being pressed. For the "Emergency Stop" button, special tests on its trigger sensitivity are required - under normal circumstances, pressing it should immediately cut off the control signal, and it can only pop up by rotating clockwise when resetting. If there is a situation where "no response occurs after pressing" or "it can reset without rotation", the button module must be disassembled immediately to check whether the internal spring is broken or the contacts are oxidized; if necessary, replace the button component with the same model.
