Core Principles of Positioning and Installation
1. Vertical Alignment Criterion
The electric hoist must be fixed on the vertical plumb line directly above the lifted load, ensuring that the load force line coincides with the central axis of the bearing structure to avoid lateral moment damage caused by eccentric loading. It is recommended to use a laser alignment instrument for auxiliary positioning, with the deviation controlled within ±5mm.
2. Safety Clearance Requirements
Flammable materials (such as curtains, paints, etc.) within 1.5 meters around the equipment must be removed, and good ventilation must be maintained. For flammable environments, explosion-proof electric hoists should be selected, and the fixing brackets must be treated with fireproof coatings (fire resistance limit ≥1 hour).
