Inspection of Brake for 2000kg Stage Electric Hoist
In addition to the test conducted in conjunction with the limit switch, a separate inspection of the brake shall be carried out as follows: Check the contact area between the brake shoes and the brake drum (which shall be ≥ 70%); use a feeler gauge to measure the brake clearance (usually 0.15-0.3mm). If the clearance is too large or the contact is poor, adjust the brake spring or replace the brake shoes; Operate the hoist to lift a load (50% of the rated load) and keep it suspended in the air for 5 minutes, then observe whether the hook slides (the sliding amount shall be ≤ 50mm per hour) to confirm the reliability of the brake.
Inspection of Emergency Stop Device for 2000kg Stage Electric Hoist
Test the emergency stop button on the control console: when pressed, it shall immediately cut off the power supply of all motors, stop the operation of the equipment, and the equipment can only be operated again after the button is reset; Check the appearance of the emergency stop button to ensure it is free from damage or jamming, and the identification mark is clearly visible.
