Before operation, check whether components such as the chain, hook, brake, and limit switch of the electric chain hoist are in good condition. Check whether there are problems such as electric leakage and short circuits in the wires, plugs, switches, etc., to ensure that the electrical connections are safe and reliable. The operator must be familiar with the operation method of the electric chain hoist and know the location and operation method of the emergency stop button.

During operation, hang the stage equipment steadily on the hook to avoid the equipment tilting or shaking. When starting the electric chain hoist stage, control the running speed reasonably. The operator should always pay attention to the lifting situation. In case of situations such as chain jamming, abnormal noise from the motor, or shaking of the lifted item, the operation must be stopped immediately. Continue the operation only after finding out the cause and eliminating the fault.

After the operation is completed, sort out the chain of the electric chain hoist stage and place it in the specified position. Fill in the equipment operation record carefully, record the usage time, lifting weight, and whether there are any faults. Then turn off the power and cut off the main power switch.
