With its characteristics of flexibility and portability, the mini stage manual hoist has become a core lifting tool for exhibition construction and stage set hoisting in small-scale performances. The integrity of its transmission system and load-bearing components directly determines the service life of the equipment and operational safety. Daily maintenance should focus on the two core aspects of "cleaning for damage prevention and lubrication for wear reduction". Cleaning of Hook and Load-bearing Components
Use a lint-free cloth dipped in isopropyl alcohol (75% concentration) to wipe parts such as the hook cavity, pulley groove and connecting plate of the mini stage manual hoist. Focus on removing incipient rust inside the hook cavity and foreign objects (such as broken steel wire rope scraps and stage screws) in the pulley groove, so as to prevent eccentric wear of the chain caused by pulley jamming during hoisting.
Cleaning of Machine Body Shell
Wipe the surface of the machine body with a dry soft cloth. If there are stubborn stains such as stage paint, you can dip a small amount of alcohol with the cloth and wipe gently. The use of steel wool or corrosive solvents (such as banana oil) is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the anti-rust coating on the shell or the marked scales.
Drying Treatment After Cleaning
After cleaning, the mini stage manual hoist should be placed in a well-ventilated and dry place (ambient humidity ≤ 60%, away from the heat dissipation area of stage lights) to air-dry naturally. Alternatively, compressed air (pressure: 0.2-0.3MPa) can be used to blow through parts such as chain gaps and gearbox ventilation holes to remove residual moisture. For parts prone to water accumulation, such as chain pins and hook bearings, a small amount of dehydrating anti-rust oil (e.g., No. 10 machine oil) can be applied to accelerate moisture evaporation.
