When adjusting the buttons or knobs of the sound hoist controller, the following safety precautions must be observed to ensure personnel safety and the normal operation of the equipment:
Check the lines:
First, check whether the input and output lines of the sound hoist controller are connected in accordance with the color code specifications. For example, the live wire (L) corresponds to the red wire, the neutral wire (N) corresponds to the blue wire, and the ground wire (PE) corresponds to the yellow-green (yellow-green dual-color wire), so as to eliminate wrong connections and missing connections. Then, gently pull each line joint by hand to confirm that the screws on the terminal block have been tightened to a state where the wires cannot be pulled. If it is found that there are loose strands in the multi-strand wires, the terminals must be re-crimped before fixing. For the insulation layer of the lines, carefully check for traces of being scratched by sharp parts. If the insulation layer is damaged and the conductor is exposed, it is necessary to immediately wrap it with insulating tape for at least 3 layers, and the wrapping length must cover more than 2cm on both ends of the damaged part. In addition, it is necessary to confirm that the binding and fixing of the lines are firm to prevent the cables from rubbing against metal parts due to vibration during the operation of the equipment. After completing all checks, you can power on for a no-load test, observe whether the indicator light of the sound hoist controller lights up normally and whether the buttons and knobs operate sensitively. Ensure that the line connection is correct before putting it into use, so as to avoid equipment sudden stop, short-circuit tripping and even electric shock accidents caused by line problems from the source.
