It is strictly prohibited to start the Truss Hoist Control Box for parameter adjustment or displacement operations.
Emergency Locking and Load Confirmation
Press the "Master Emergency Stop Button" on the Truss Hoist Control Box at the first opportunity, and turn off the controller's power switch to prevent load sway caused by misoperation.
Meanwhile, record the load type (e.g., "2.5m×1.2m LED stage set piece," "lighting group consisting of 12 PAR lights") and estimated weight (refer to the equipment nameplate for labeling; do not rely on empirical judgment).
If the load has no clear weight marking, use the load monitoring system (available on some high-end models) supporting the Truss Hoist Control Box to read real-time load data. Confirm whether the load exceeds the rated load capacity of a single hoist (in group control scenarios, the load capacity of a single hoist usually does not exceed 2 tons; specific values are subject to equipment parameters).
