Component Lubrication for Fixed-Speed Stage Hoist Controller
After cleaning, precise lubrication of the moving components of the fixed-speed stage hoist controller is required to avoid dust accumulation caused by excessive lubrication:
Lubrication Positions and Grease Selection
Contact between rotating shaft and shaft sleeve: Apply a small amount of food-grade grease (with a thickness not exceeding 0.5mm) to ensure there is no dry friction when the rotating shaft rotates.
Connection between connecting rod and joint: Drop 1-2 drops of specialized precision instrument lubricating oil (such as sewing machine oil; avoid using oil with high viscosity) and push the connecting rod repeatedly after lubrication to ensure uniform distribution of the oil.
Contact points between spring and clamping groove: Dip a cotton swab into a small amount of grease and gently apply it to both ends of the spring to prevent the spring from rusting or jamming due to friction.
Post-Lubrication Testing
After lubrication, manually rotate the rotating shaft and push the connecting rod to check if the operating resistance of the fixed-speed stage hoist controller is uniform without jamming. If there is still resistance, an appropriate amount of additional grease can be added, but it is necessary to avoid grease overflow contaminating other components (such as contact switches).
