Strict Inspection and Isolation of Flammable and Explosive Materials Near Stage Lighting Hoist Controller
A "carpet-style" inspection must be conducted in the operating environment, with a focus on removing items such as alcohol (including alcohol for stage makeup and alcohol spray for cleaning), paint (especially undried oil-based paint), thinners, propane gas cylinders for stage effects, and flammable fabrics (e.g., velvet curtains without fire-proof treatment). Such items shall be stored in a dedicated storage area at least 5 meters away from the operating area of the stage lighting hoist controller. Additionally, the storage area must be equipped with fire-proof isolation panels and fire blankets.
If alcohol needs to be temporarily used on-site for equipment cleaning, the stage lighting hoist controller can only be activated after the cleaning is completed and the alcohol has completely evaporated. This usually requires a waiting time of 15-20 minutes, and an alcohol concentration detector can be used to confirm that the alcohol concentration in the air is below 0.5%. This measure is to prevent the risk of fire caused by alcohol vapor coming into contact with electric sparks.
