Exhibition Stage Hoist Controller

As a crucial guarantee for the safe operation of exhibition stages, the exhibition stage hoist controller must comply with relevant international or domestic standards (such as CE and GB standards) and be equipped with safety mechanisms including overcurrent protection, overload protection, leakage protection, and emergency stop. When the equipment encounters abnormal current, load exceeding the rated value, circuit leakage, or sudden dangerous situations, the controller can quickly cut off the power output or trigger protective actions to avoid safety accidents such as equipment damage and prop falling, thus ensuring the safety of exhibition personnel and the smooth progress of exhibition activities.

Exhibition Stage Hoist Controller Button/Knob Replacement Operation Guide

Panel Disassembly

If the exhibition stage hoist controller is equipped with a protective panel, first use a screwdriver of the corresponding specification to unscrew the fixing screws at the four corners of the panel. When disassembling, hold the panel steadily with both hands to prevent the panel from falling and damaging the equipment or the ground. For a snap-on panel, use a plastic pry bar to gently pry from the edge of the panel; violent disassembly with metal tools is strictly prohibited to avoid panel deformation or coating peeling.

Component Separation

1. Snap-on Buttons/Knobs

Gently pinch the snaps on both sides of the component with needle-nose pliers and pull it up slowly. At the same time, check whether there is adhesion of the connecting wires at the bottom. If wire entanglement occurs, it is necessary to sort out the direction of the wires first before continuing the disassembly to avoid breaking the wires.

2. Screw-fixed Components

Use a torque wrench to unscrew the fixing screws in accordance with the "diagonal disassembly" principle. Record the number of screws and their installation positions (photos can be taken for reference). The screws should be placed in a special storage box for classified storage to prevent loss or confusion.

Wire Handling

Before disassembly, use label paper to mark the connection terminals of each wire (such as "common terminal", "signal terminal", "ground terminal"). If the wires are unmarked, it is necessary to draw a wiring diagram of the exhibition stage hoist controller. When pulling out the wire terminals, pinch the root of the terminal and pull it out gently; pulling the wires directly is prohibited to avoid desoldering between the wires and the terminals.
