The working principle of stage slings is mainly based on electric drive and mechanical transmission. Stage slings are usually composed of motors, reducers, drums, pulleys, wire ropes, encoders and limit switches. ‌Reducer function‌: The reducer reduces the speed of the motor and increases the torque at the same time to ensure that the drum has sufficient driving force.
‌Reel rotation‌: The drum rotates under the drive of the reducer, and the wire rope is wound or loosened on it to realize the lifting and lowering of the sling.
‌Pulley function‌: The pulley changes the direction of the wire rope to ensure that the sling can be lifted and lowered along the predetermined path.
‌Wire rope load‌: The wire rope bears the weight of the sling and its load to achieve lifting and lowering.
‌Encoder control‌: The encoder monitors the position of the sling in real time to ensure that each lift reaches the preset height.
‌Limit switch protection‌: The limit switch automatically stops lifting and lowering when the sling reaches the limit position to prevent equipment damage or accidents.
