The working principle of stage lift controller mainly includes the following aspects:
Basic composition: stage lift controller is usually composed of motor, reducer, drum, pulley, wire rope, encoder, limit switch and other components. These components work together to ensure that the boom can be lifted and lowered smoothly and accurately.
Lifting principle: When the motor starts, the reducer drives the drum to rotate, and the wire rope is wound or loosened on the drum, thereby realizing the lifting and lowering of the boom. Specifically, when the boom is raised, the motor drives the reducer, the reducer drives the drum to rotate clockwise, the wire rope is gradually wound on the drum, and the boom rises accordingly; conversely, when the boom is lowered, the motor drives the reducer, the drum rotates counterclockwise, the wire rope is gradually loosened on the drum, and the boom falls accordingly.
Safety protection mechanism: The encoder is used to accurately control the position of the boom to ensure that each lift can reach the preset height. The limit switch is a safety device to prevent the boom from exceeding the set range, ensuring equipment safety and preventing accidents.
Workflow: The workflow of the stage lift includes the preparation stage, programming setting, trial run, formal performance, and ending and cleaning. In the preparation stage, ensure that all parts are intact and mount the scenery and props according to the needs of the performance. Programming setting sets parameters through the console or remote control. Trial run checks the operating status and conducts the formal performance after ensuring that it is correct. Cleaning and maintenance are carried out after the performance.
