Stage lift controllers can be divided into the following types:
Basic controllers: This type of controller has basic stage machinery control functions, such as lifting, rotating, opening and closing, etc. They are usually made of wood or a combination of wood and metal, but have poor moisture and earthquake resistance and a relatively short service life.
Advanced controllers: Advanced controllers not only have all the functions of basic controllers, but also incorporate PLC (programmable logic controller) technology, making the control of stage machinery more accurate and efficient. In terms of materials, advanced controllers are mostly made of all-metal materials, which have the advantages of earthquake resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance, and long service life.
Intelligent controllers: Intelligent controllers are high-end products of stage machinery controllers, with the characteristics of digitalization, networking, and intelligence. Through a touch screen or computer interface, operators can realize remote control, real-time monitoring, and fault alarm functions of stage machinery. Intelligent controllers are also scalable and can be expanded according to the upgrade of the stage machinery system.
