Transportation Notes for Stage Electric Hoists
Short-distance Domestic Transportation:Prioritize the use of closed vans and avoid open-air transportation to prevent the equipment from being exposed to rain, direct sunlight or contamination by debris. Use forklifts or cranes for loading and unloading operations. Manual dragging or rolling of the packaging boxes is strictly prohibited.
Long-distance and Export Transportation:Select road, sea or air transportation based on order timeliness and cost. For sea freight shipments, adequate moisture-proof and salt-spray proof measures must be taken. For air freight shipments, the goods must comply with the weight and size limits of air transportation, and complete cargo declaration documents shall be provided.
The loading and unloading tools must match the weight of the equipment, and overloading during lifting is strictly prohibited. When lifting, the lifting points shall be fixed on the dedicated lifting lugs of the packaging box, and the box must not be bound randomly. For stacking, follow the principle of "heavier items not placed on lighter ones, larger items not placed on smaller ones". No heavy objects shall be stacked on top of the stage electric hoist packaging boxes. The stacking height must be controlled within the load-bearing capacity of the boxes to prevent deformation of the bottom-layer boxes.
