Stage Electric Hoist Nameplate

The function of a stage hoist nameplate is by no means limited to providing basic information; it also serves as one of the important ways to distinguish the quality of stage manual hoists and judge the production qualification of manufacturers.

A high-quality stage hoist nameplate is usually made of thickened aluminum material with corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and its surface is treated with anodization, featuring a smooth touch and excellent deformation resistance. The characters and patterns printed on the nameplate are clear and neat with sharp and distinct edges; all parameters are marked in a standardized and unified manner with complete information, and even the proportion and color matching of the manufacturer's logo are strictly in accordance with brand standards.

In contrast, the nameplates of inferior products are mostly made of thin, easily bendable ordinary iron sheet or low-quality aluminum plate without any surface protection treatment, which are prone to oxidation, rusting and blurred characters. What's more, the parameter labels on such nameplates are confusing and disorganized-they not only lack the execution standard number and product serial number, but also have false marks of rated load capacity and vague manufacturer information.

By examining the material, craftsmanship, printing quality and information completeness of the nameplate, customers can make an initial judgment on whether the product's production process is rigorous and whether the manufacturer has standardized production qualifications at the purchasing stage. This helps to effectively avoid the risk of buying inferior products, thus safeguarding the safety of personnel and equipment during stage hoisting operations.
