Requirements for the Application Site of Stage Electric Hoists

The application site of the stage electric hoist must meet the requirements of load-bearing safety and installation adaptability.

 Load-Bearing Capacity: Core Safety Baseline

The load-bearing structures of the site (such as stage trusses, crossbeams, and roof bearing beams) must undergo professional calculation. Their rated load-bearing capacity should be ≥ 1.5 times the sum of the electric hoist's own weight and the maximum lifting weight to avoid structural overload and deformation.

The connection points of the load-bearing structure (such as bolts and welds) must comply with steel structure safety standards, be free of damage like rust and cracks, and require reinforcement if necessary.

The ground or platform must withstand the temporary load during equipment transportation and installation to prevent ground collapse or damage during the installation process.

Installation Space: Adapt to Equipment Operation and Operation

Vertical space: The height from the equipment installation point to the ground should be ≥ lifting height + the hoist's own height + safety margin (recommended ≥ 0.5 meters) to ensure unobstructed lifting and lowering of the hook.

Horizontal space: There should be no obstacles (such as lighting equipment, audio systems, and pipelines) within the operating range of the hoist body and lifting ropes. The distance between adjacent equipment should be ≥ 0.3 meters to avoid collisions during operation.

Operation space: Sufficient equipment maintenance channels (width ≥ 0.8 meters) and operator standing areas must be reserved to ensure personal safety during installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
