Possible Reasons for Stage Electric Hoist Malfunctions After Normal Startup (Voltage Checked Normal):

1. Burnt-Out Motor:

If the motor is damaged, replace it immediately.

 

2. Brake Wheel Seized by Rust:

Prolonged inactivity or improper maintenance may cause the brake wheel to rust to the end cover. Clean and lubricate the brake system.

 

3. Severe Motor Scuffing:

A damaged motor stator/rotor can prevent rotation. Stop operation immediately and repair/replace the motor.
