Do not arbitrarily replace parts of the hand chain hoist

As a widely applied manual hoisting device in the field of lifting operations, the hand chain hoist has become an ideal choice for cargo lifting, short-distance translation, and material transfer in high-altitude operations, thanks to its core advantages of compact structure, easy operation, and stable load-bearing capacity. Its feature of not requiring an external power source endows it with irreplaceable practicality in scenarios such as power-free environments, mobile operations, or emergency rescue, making it a key piece of equipment for ensuring efficiency and flexibility in various lifting operations.

The core components of the hand chain hoist all undergo rigorous matching design and strength testing. The material selection, dimensional specifications, and precision tolerances of each component comply with product design standards, forming a complete safe force-bearing system. Therefore, any unit or individual is strictly prohibited from arbitrarily replacing the parts. When a hand chain hoist has problems such as part wear, deformation, fracture, jamming, or functional failure, it must be immediately taken out of service and a "No Operation" warning sign must be posted. A professionally qualified technician shall conduct a comprehensive inspection and evaluation: identify the root cause of the fault through disassembly inspection, performance testing, and other methods, judge whether the part is repairable, and determine whether to replace the part if it is irreparable or has reached the scrapping standard. Illegal practices such as "making do with defective parts" or "temporary substitution" must be resolutely prohibited.
