As a key load-bearing accessory for stage hoisting, the daily maintenance of lifting slings is crucial to performance safety and directly affects the service life of the equipment.
The storage environment for lifting slings is equally important. Slings shall be stored in a dry, well-ventilated and cool warehouse, avoiding direct sunlight, high-temperature baking (keep away from heat sources, with the ambient temperature controlled at -20℃~40℃) and humid conditions.
The storage of flammable, explosive and highly corrosive items in the warehouse is strictly prohibited to prevent slings from being contaminated or corroded.
Slings should be stored in a suspended manner or laid flat on shelves. Avoid folding, squeezing, knotting and twisting to prevent long-term stress-induced deformation of the fibers.
Slings of different materials and rated load capacities shall be stored separately by category with clear labels to avoid mixed use.
