Chain of the stage electric hoist

The high precision required for lifting operations in stage settings is the key reason why chain electric hoists have become the top choice. During stage construction, tasks like calibrating lighting positions, hanging audio equipment, and positioning stage props all demand millimeter-level precision control. A slight angular deviation of a stage floodlight can lead to uneven lighting on performers' faces, and a small offset in the suspension of an audio device may affect the uniform coverage of the sound field. These minor errors will directly degrade the quality of the performance.

In contrast, wire rope electric hoists cannot meet such high-precision requirements due to the inherent winding characteristics of their cables. Since the wire rope has to be wound around the drum in multiple layers, the number of winding loops increases with the lifting height. This makes the wire rope prone to shaking and swaying during operation, which undermines the precision.
