In stage performances, the lifting requirements for trusses are complex and variable - they not only demand millimeter-level fine-tuning for alignment but also require efficient large-range movement. By flexibly switching between control modes such as "inching" and "continuous operation", combined with the high-low speed adjustment function, the stage hoisting control box achieves full-scenario precise control over truss operations.
When the continuous operation mode is activated, the collaborative mechanism of "one person operating, one person monitoring" must be strictly implemented. The operator focuses on controlling the buttons, while the monitor stands at an unobstructed view position under the truss to real-time observe the truss running trajectory, chain tension, and equipment connection status. If any abnormalities such as truss inclination, abnormal noise, or jitter are detected, the monitor shall immediately instruct the operator to press the emergency stop button on the stage hoisting control box via hand gestures or verbal prompts, forming a closed loop for safe operation.
The emergency stop button of the stage hoisting control box shall be kept within easy reach of the operator, with clear identification and sensitive response. In the event of equipment failure, personnel straying into dangerous areas, or sudden performance changes, pressing the emergency stop button will immediately cut off the motor power supply. The braking system then enables the emergency locking of the truss, minimizing the scope of risk spread.
