The dust and fibers (such as cloth debris from stage backdrops) on the friction plates should be cleaned weekly to avoid a decrease in the friction coefficient.
Personnel operation specifications:
It is strictly forbidden to forcefully load during braking (such as suddenly increasing the hoisting weight). When abnormal noises are heard from the brake (such as a "sizzling" electromagnetic sound or a "jamming" mechanical friction sound), the use must be stopped immediately, and operation can only resume after troubleshooting. By strictly implementing the above safety precautions, the risk of failure of the electromagnetic brake can be effectively reduced, ensuring that the powerful stage show hoist can achieve precise and safe operation control in complex performance scenarios.
