The Lifting Truss Stage Chain Hoist is a simple-to-use and portable manual lifting machine, also known as a "loop chain hoist" or "chain fall". As an upgraded version of the fixed pulley, it fully inherits the advantages of the fixed pulley. It combines a reverse backstop brake reducer with a chain pulley block, featuring a symmetrically arranged two-stage spur gear transmission structure that is simple, durable, and efficient.
When operating the Lifting Truss Stage Chain Hoist, pulling the manual chain rotates the chain wheel, pressing the friction plate ratchet and brake seat into a single unit for synchronous rotation. The long-tooth shaft then drives the pinion gear, short-tooth shaft, and spline hole gear. Consequently, the hoisting chain wheel mounted on the spline hole gear drives the hoisting chain to smoothly lift heavy objects. It uses a ratchet friction plate-type one-way brake that can self-activate under load: the pawl meshes with the ratchet under spring tension to ensure safe braking.
