The shell of the stage crane controller shall be free of damage, deformation and scratches, with intact surface paint, no peeling or rusting; all buttons and knobs shall be flexible to press and rotate without jamming or looseness, rebound in a timely manner, reset accurately after pressing, and there shall be no jamming, failure or ineffective pressing. The surface of the console cabinet shall be clean and tidy, free of obvious dust, oil stains and dirt, the interior of the cabinet shall be free of moisture, water ingress and condensation traces, and there shall be no water drops or water vapor residue at the wiring points inside the cabinet to avoid short circuit of the circuit board and corrosion of components caused by moisture.
There shall be no sundries piled around the cabinet, especially at the heat dissipation ports and ventilation holes. It is necessary to ensure that there is no obstruction by props, cables and sundries to ensure smooth ventilation, prevent the stage crane controller from overheating, crashing or accelerating component aging due to poor heat dissipation. At the same time, check that the fixing bolts of the cabinet are not loose, and the cabinet is placed stably without shaking or tilting.
