The protective cover must be reserved with ventilation holes to prevent internal condensation water from accumulating.
The inspection of the chain and hook of the stage equipment electric stage hoist must implement quantitative standards: the wear amount of each link of the chain is measured with a micrometer. When the diameter wear exceeds 10% of the original diameter (for example, the worn chain with an original diameter of 8mm is less than 7.2mm), the link is twisted by more than 10°, or there is a crack, it must be replaced immediately; the wear amount of the dangerous section of the hook must not exceed 10% of the original thickness. Magnetic particle inspection is required to detect internal cracks. When the opening degree increases by 15% compared with the original size, it is prohibited to use. The anti-falling device on the top of the hook of the stage equipment electric stage hoist must be flexible and effective to ensure that the heavy object will not fall accidentally when suspended.
