Qualifications for Operators and Requirements for Equipment Knowledge
Operators must receive professional training and pass the assessment before taking up their posts. The training content shall cover the core operating logic of the multi-voltage stage hoist control box, the principle of voltage adaptation, and emergency response procedures. Before starting work, operators must proficiently master the functional definitions of all buttons on the control box panel, especially the core action buttons - they must be able to quickly identify the physical positions and symbolic meanings of "Forward Rotation" (corresponding to the lifting action of the stage hoist, with button marks usually being "↑" or "UP") and "Reverse Rotation" (corresponding to the lowering action of the stage hoist, with button marks usually being "↓" or "DOWN"), so as to avoid misoperation caused by confusing the marks (e.g., mistaking "Reverse Rotation" for "Stop", which may lead to the safety risk of props dropping rapidly). At the same time, operators must understand the triggering conditions and reset method of the "Emergency Stop" button (usually designed as a red mushroom head and placed in a prominent position) on the multi-voltage stage hoist control box, ensuring that the equipment power can be cut off immediately in case of emergencies.
