Check whether the connecting bolts between the IP66 Stage Electric Winch and the Light Truss are tightened: A torque wrench must be used to confirm that the torque meets the requirements specified in the equipment manual (usually 25-30N・m; torque standards may vary for different winch models, so the product manual shall prevail). If the torque is insufficient, gradually increase the force to reach the standard value; over-torquing is prohibited to avoid bolt thread stripping. If there is rust on the bolt surface or thread damage, replace the bolt with a high-strength bolt of the same specification immediately (it is recommended to use high-strength bolts of grade 8.8 or above to match the load-bearing requirements of stage equipment).

At the same time, check the structural condition of the suspension bracket: Observe whether the bracket is deformed or has weld cracks (focus on the welding joint between the bracket and the main body of the IP66 Stage Electric Winch; if weld detachment or cracks are found, stop using the equipment and contact the manufacturer for maintenance). Check whether the positioning pin on the bracket is fully inserted in place (the positioning pin must be completely inserted into the pin hole without looseness; if the positioning pin is missing, supplement it with a spare part of the same model; using other metal rods as a substitute is prohibited). If the IP66 Stage Electric Winch is connected to the Light Truss via a suspension trolley, also check whether the trolley rollers rotate flexibly (manually push the trolley to confirm that it moves smoothly on the Light Truss without jamming) and whether there is abnormal noise from the roller bearings (if there is abnormal noise, disassemble and inspect the bearings and add bearing grease). This is to prevent the winch from tilting or falling due to faults in the suspension components.
