When the ambient temperature exceeds 35℃, the continuous working time of the equipment can be appropriately shortened to avoid accelerated aging of internal components due to long-term high-temperature operation. In cold environments, if the temperature is close to -5℃, it is necessary to preheat the
controller in advance. This can be done by turning on the power to let the equipment be in a standby state for a period of time. After the internal temperature rises, then perform operations to prevent low temperatures from causing damage to the circuit. In humid environments, in addition to using desiccants or dehumidification equipment to keep dry, it is also necessary to regularly check whether there is condensation inside the controller. Once found, it is necessary to stop using it immediately and carry out drying treatment. At the same time, moisture-proof agents can be applied to the key internal components of the stage-specific stage hoist controller to enhance moisture resistance. In addition, for coastal areas and other regions with high humidity and salt in the air, it is necessary to strengthen dehumidification efforts to prevent salt from corroding the equipment in humid environments.
