The electric lifting stage hoist controller serves as the core control device for the operation of stage machinery, and its stable operation is directly related to the safety and effectiveness of stage performances. Due to the dense concentration of various electronic equipment in the stage environment, electromagnetic interference is particularly prominent. Therefore, comprehensive and meticulous anti-interference measures must be taken to ensure that the controller can accurately respond to operational commands.
In terms of the installation location selection for the electric lifting stage hoist controller, in addition to keeping it away from strong electromagnetic interference sources such as large motors and transformers with a distance of more than 10 meters, attention should also be paid to avoiding potential interference sources in the stage area, such as high-voltage distribution cabinets and frequency conversion speed control equipment. These devices generate high-frequency electromagnetic fields during operation. If they are too close to the electric lifting stage hoist controller, it may cause false triggering of the internal circuits of the controller, leading to dangerous situations such as sudden stops or misoperations of the hoist lifting. For small stages with limited space, if the 10-meter safety distance cannot be met, a metal shielding baffle can be installed between the interference source and the controller. The baffle should be made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of not less than 2 millimeters and connected to the stage grounding system through a grounding wire to further weaken the propagation of electromagnetic radiation.
